We are pleased to confirm that we are on track to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy for Saint-Germain by the end of March 2017.

Following the Certificate of Occupancy there is a 4-8 week processing period during which Unit Title Applications are required to be lodged and assessed by the Government.  During this period the builders will complete the interior fit-out and undertake a final clean of the building.

The official street address for residents of Saint-Germain has now been confirmed as 1 Provan Street, Campbell.

All Saint-Germain buyers will be contacted in the coming weeks to arrange their pre-settlement inspections.
