Living at Campbell 5

AT ITS HEART, CAMPBELL 5 IS ABOUT BUILDING A STRONG AND SUCCESSFUL NEIGHBOURHOOD PRECINCT WHERE RESIDENTS AND VISITORS ARE ENGAGED ON MULTIPLE LEVELS.

Campbell 5 is a bold new benchmark for future living in the nation’s capital. Drawing inspiration from the world’s best urban precincts, it is one of the most visionary developments ever seen in Canberra. It is an all-encompassing destination village and parkside living quarter that is set to reinvigorate this city’s architectural, social and residential landscape. Global in vision and imagination, this ground breaking project will soon advance the story of Canberra to a whole new level. We welcome you to experience Campbell 5.

The first two buildings to be released, Saint-Germain and Greenwich draw inspiration from Global cities and precincts recognised for their liveability, creativity and sense of place.

SAINT GERMAIN

Saint-Germain-des-Prés is an area of the 6th arrondissement of Paris, France, located around the church of the former Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Home to a number of famous cafés, such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, the Saint-Germain-des-Prés area was the centre of the existentialist movement.

GREENWICH

Greenwich Village, often referred to by locals as simply “the Village”, is a neighbourhood on the west side of Lower Manhattan, New York City. Greenwich Village has been known as an artists’ haven and is ranked in the top few most luxurious locations in the United States.

CANBERRA

Canberra is Australia’s capital, inland from the country’s southeast coast. Surrounded by forest, farmland and nature reserves, it earns its nickname, the “Bush Capital.” The city’s focal point is Lake Burley Griffin, filled with sailboats and kayaks. On the lakeshore is the massive, strikingly modern Parliament House, as well as museums including the National Gallery, known for its indigenous art collections.
